The following position is available for the 2025/2026 school year:

 

·        Paraprofessional: Elementary

        Special Education Grades K-5 (shared)

         Experience preferred.

 

Special considerations:  An associate degree or at least 48 postsecondary education credits; or the successful completion of a state or locally developed assessment in reading, writing, and mathematics is required to qualify for this position.

 

Position offered under the terms of the agreement between the District and the Clairton Education Support Paraprofessionals

**Requirements for Out of District Postings:

 Letter of Interest, Resume, Current Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 Clearances.

PA Standard Application, Transcripts, Three (3) Letters of Recommendation.

Act 24, Act 168 Clearances and Mandatory Drug Testing will be required upon employment.

Hiring for any district position is subject to the Board of Directors approval.
