Through the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General (OAG), Clairton City School District is implementing the 'Safe2Say Something' (S2SS) program beginning January 14, 2019. This program is mandated through Act 44 of 2018 which was signed into law by Governor Wolf.
S2SS allows individuals to submit secure and anonymous safety concerns through a website, app. or a dedicated hotline. Information from individuals associated with either the Clairton Middle/High School or Clairton Elementary School is shared with a crisis center housed at the OAG and referred to appropriate school personnel and/or local law enforcement according to the level of the threat.
