After downloading the app, please follow the steps below to sign in so you can chat with the teachers. If you're a community member without any children in the school, you can select "Continue without login".
- For the "Username" type in your email address. Make sure to use the same email you provided to the school so that you're linked to your parent/guardian account and can chat with the teachers!
- Tap "Next" and then tap "Forgot password?". Enter your email again. You will receive an email with subject "Clairton City School District - Portal Login" with a link to set your account password.
- Return to the app and sign in using your email address and the password you just created.
- Once signed in, select your preferences including:
- Language
- Which schools you'd like to subscribe to (we recommend always selecting the District as well!)
- Allow notifications so you don't miss any messages or updates
- Subscribe to the school buildings for which you'd like to receive notifications
- Set the times you'd like to receive notifications for chat messages
