• School Closings/Delays:

Governor Wolf has closed all public schools through the end of the 2019-2020 academic year, which in Clairton is June 5th. While our building may be closed, the teachers and staff are working from home virtually delivering a continuity of educational services. Our goal is for all students to maintain and develop the knowledge and skills required for the next grade level and graduation.

Chromebook Initiative

All students in grades 6 - 12 are issued a Chromebook device. Students in grades 9 - 12 are permitted to take their Chromebooks home, while 6th - 8th graders' Chromebooks are securely stored in locked carts over night. Using their Chromebooks, students are able to access Google Classroom to receive and turn in assignments electronically. Students also have access to the Google Apps produtivity suite, giving them access to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and more as well as unlimited online storage in the cloud.

We understand that accidents do happen, so we offer an optional (but recommended) accident protection plan to students who are assigned a Chromebook device. For information on what the plan covers and how to sign up, click here.
