Student Login Instructions & Remote Learning Information

The Clairton City School District Technology Department is on hand each day to assist Teachers, Staff and Students with any technical needs that may arise. We strive to ensure technology integration into the classroom is as effortless and enjoyable as possible for the faculty and students. We also maintain the school's telephones, security cameras, network, and server infrastructure.

In our Middle / High School, we began a one-to-one initiative for the 2016-2017 school year. Every student in grades 6 - 12 are issued a Chromebook. Students in grades 9 - 12 are permitted to take their Chromebook home each evening, while 6th - 8th graders' Chromebooks are securely stored in carts and remain in the building. The Elementary School received several shared Chromebook carts in the 2018-2019 school year. The Technology department currently supports over 550 Chromebook devices. In the Elementary school, students have access to multiple iPads carts. The carts move from classroom to classroom, ensuring every student has time with the devices. Elementary students have access to approximately 250 iPads.

Our District also houses three full computer labs as well as two mini-labs for photo editing, computer aided drafting, robotics, programming and 3D printing. Most classrooms also have two to four computers available for students. The Technology Department supports around 350 computers.
